Wanted to say thanks to YOR Health for providing me the motivation and products to help me reach my goal in getting more fit and leading a healthier life. I was 212 lbs. when when I started taking my supplements. The goal i was trying to reach was 185 lbs. well sad to say i am at 191 lbs. but i will get there. I used the vitamins 6 per day dividing them up 2-2-2...the digestive enzymes taken after lunch and diner...the probiotics taken once a night right before bed...and the vanilla MRP and Supergreens usually combined in the morning for breakfast. It was a great way to start the day. I exercised 4 days a week for about 3 hours a day incorporating strength exercises and cardio. Im happy i was introduced to YOR Health products cause i think if i wasnt id be another 10lbs. heavier leading an unhealthy life as i was. I am 39 years old and i havent felt this good in a long time.

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
