Estoy muy contento con mis resultados la verdad, empece con 76 kilos y termine con 73.5 no es una gran diferencia en peso pero si en condición física, también mi pansa ha disminuido y la lonjitas de atras son mas pequeñas, pense que no se notaba tanto, pero es notorio en las fotografías. Yo estuve tomando el primer mes la malteada dos veces al dia ademas de hacer media hora de cardio durante las dos primeras semanas y una hora de cardio entre la semana tres y la 6 además de rutina de gimnasio, (5 veces a la semana) las semanas de la 5 en adelante solo tome una malteada por día por la mañana después del gimnasio. La semanas 7 y 8 solo hice media hora de cardio. El reto me ha ayudado a darme cuenta que realmente puedo alcanzar a tener la mejor forma de mi vida, y me siento motivado a seguir mejorando mi salud y condición física.
