En este segundo ciclo del Yor Best Body me he sentido de lo mejor.
En estos dos últimos meses mantuve mi peso de 138 lb, perdí grasa corporal y gane mas masa muscular.
Dentro de este segundo ciclo tome los productos de la siguiente manera:
1)Empezaba mi mañana tomando un MRP de chocolate
2)En el almuerzo 6 claras de huevo con jamón o champiñones (+1 capsula de Digest Ultra)
3)2 latas de atún con verduras para la 1er comida (+1 capsula de Digest Ultra)
4)300 gr de pechuga de pollo y arroz para la segunda comida (+1 capsula de Digest Ultra)
5)A las 2:00 PM tomaba una capsula de Complete burn
6)Media hora antes de iniciar mi rutina tomaba el Muscle Energy, durante mi primer ciclo del Yor Best Body no lo había tomado y en este ciclo me pareció genial ya que aumente mi resistencia y fuerza durante mi rutina de ejercicio, hacia mas repeticiones con mas peso y no sentía el típico cansancio muscular.
7)Al finalizar mi rutina tomaba de nuevo una MRP de chocolate (mi favorita!)
8)Antes de ir a dormir me tomaba 2 capsulas de YOR Repair, el cual me ayuda a mitigar el dolor y/o cansancio muscular

La verdad no pienso dejar de utilizar los productos de YOR NUNCA! Ya que con ellos me he sentido y me veo de lo mejor!
