Hola buen día mi nombre es Blanca, mi peso anterior era de 101 kg. y mi peso actual es de 96 kg., los productos con los que participo en el reto son los siguientes: YOR MRP, YOR SUPERGREENS, YOR FIBER PLUS y YOR DIGEST ULTRA, los cuales los tomo diariamente por la mañana y el DIGEST en la hora de comida. Realizo ejercicio de aerobics de 2 a 3 veces por semana a parte de caminar media hora diaria. Lo mas importante para mí de este reto es que me ayudó a retomar confianza en mi misma para lograr dejar alimentos que afectan mi salud, y pues fisicamente me siento mucho más saludable. Me preocupa mi salud y espero en Dios poder seguir adelante en mi objetivo de bajar de peso saludablemente con los productos de YOR Health.
