I never had problem with my weight before but after I have my 2 babys my belly was getting big and big and just the belly. People used to ask me are you pregnant again? and my last baby was 9 months that was my wake up call. I said i have to do something about it but i tried everything and nothing really worked in a healthy way. The last program that i did sent me to the hospital for 4 days. Thanks God my brother Wascar call me from DR and introduced me to the 8 weeks challenge in the beginning I was not really into it but thanks God i did it. When I started the challenge i was 158 now i'm 138 Pounds so I lost 20 pounds of belly fat jajaja my goal was to 18.

My day with the products was in the morning a probiotic with water my breakfast lunch and diner with my digest which i love it. in the evening my super green with the fiber which helped my problem with going to the bathroom and clear my face and help my hair a lot. I really didnt have a lot of time and energy for gym bc work, college, 2 babies,a husband etc. But now this 8 weeks changed my mind and energy im ready to go gym and do my next 8 weeks challenge for sculp.
