For the total length of my challenge I took the following YOR Health products: go greens (1sachet) berry blast (1sachet) fibre(2scoops) which I took each morning before breakfast with water, and 2 repair ultra and 1 probiotics ultra before bed each night.

My weight initially in the first week dropped from 73kgs to 69kgs. As I have been doing strength based training for the time of the challenge (twice a week) I tended to put weight back on with muscle! But all good, I try not to get caught up on the number on that scale, I go by the way my body feels :) I also lay outdoor soccer with training 2 nights a week and a game on the weekend. I also do a kick boxing class and a yoga class each week and play Futsal.

I achieved my goals of improving my diet and having a more healthier and structured food plan beautifully. I have put a lot if energy into researching and planning heathy and balanced meals including: good carbs, protein, good fats, vitamins and and minerals. I now have a more focused and balanced diet, and I have been drinking over 2 litres of water each day.

YOR health has given me the kick start I needed and an increased connection to and awareness of my body and what it needs to be functioning at its best.
It's been a wonderful experience and one I am most grateful for. A big loving thank you to kristina Mojsoska from YOR health who has been a wonderful support throughout with a drive and passion I truly admire.

I will keep improving and learning more as I go, I would like to loose some more weight and continue to make my body more healthy and strong.
