What an 8 weeks!! It all began with me signing up a group of girls to lead on the challenge. All of our goals were different, mine was to have healthier digestive system after suffering from chronic IBS and being in substantial pain almost daily and increase lean muscle. During the 8 weeks however I decided to train for a bikini model comp in September. In my introduction evening to the girls, I told then I wanted them to start something different physically. I am a group fitness instructor so fitting in more activity is tight, however I have a PT session once a week and my different thing, I started crossfit. Now. I'm addicted. I love it. I teach 11 classes a week and try to do 2/3 crossfits a week.
The products therefore played a major role for me in eliminating the pain with the use of the digestive tablets that I now swear by, and the supergreens and berryblast. I won't lie, at the start no I thought there is no way I'm going to get used to the taste of this, but I did. And it's routine now while my oats are cooking I'm shaking away with the greens and blast.
Then came the change of diet, led by Micheal getting me ready for comp, and it is clean, meat and veges and that's it. The way I survived was staying human and once a week allowing myself a treat, you need to look after yourself psychologically also, that cheat meal is important!!!
I'm so happy with the changes I have been able to accomplish through support also of my friends and gym members that attend my classes. I will be continuing with the products as I am certain that the changes in my torso have a lot to do with now having a pain free digestive system. It will be a gogreen girl onstage in September and in the following year!
