La verdad es que estaba un poco desanimado por no haber llegado a mi meta, ya que solamente bajé 5 kgs pero ahora que veo las fotos me doy cuenta de que si se nota considerablemente el aumento de músculo y la reducción en la grasa que tenía. Sobre todo en la espalda y los brazos!.
Bajé grasa y aumenté músculo y ahora estoy mas cerca de lograr mi mejor versión de mi mismo gracias al reto que me ha cambiado la vida!!!
Me tomé todos los productos de Yor Health y mi salud se vio considerablemente beneficiada, además gracias al Repair no sufrí cuando comencé mi rutina en el gym ya que nunca había echo pesas!.
