Hola familia YOR

Es la septima vez que me inscribo al reto, y lo que si me he dado cuenta es que cuando estoy inscrita me porto mucho mejor con los alimientos que como y con el ejercicio que hago, en este ciclo fui mas contante con mis rutinas de ejercicio.

y yo siempre lo digo los productos no son Milagrosos pero si maravillosos

Tomo todos los productos tal cual como vienen en la tablita de recomendación, y lo mejor fue la aplicacion en iphone que hace que no se me olviden las vitaminas ni la digest de medio dia.

Para poder tener resultados mas sobresalientes se que necesito ser aun mas disciplinada tanto en los alimentos que como, asi como con las rutinas de ejercicio.

Voy por un RETO mas!!!
