I started the 8 week challenge with my partner. We are both right into our fitness and train at least 6 days if not 7 days some weeks, eat well and live a pretty healthy life. We are very committed to our training! After training this hard for a number of years I was sick of not getting any results and my body not changing. When we were introduced to the YOR Health Product range we had nothing to lose so thought we would give it ago! At the beginning of the 8 weeks I weighed around the 58 kilo mark! Whilst I was already thin I would bloat all the time making me feel like all that hard work was not showing! My daily calorie intake was around 1900 calories per day, with Carbs, Proteins and Good Fats. My daily Product Regimen was: As soon as I woke up: 1 scoop of SuperGreens, 2 scoops of Fibre and 1 Berry Blast. With my two main meals (Lunch & Dinner): 1 Digest Ultra and 3 Vitamins. Before Bed and 2 hours after my last meal: 1 probiotic and 1 Repair Ultra (2 Repair Ultra if I worked out that day). Occasionally, I would have the MRP as a dessert where I would have two scoops and only enough water to make it like a paste and I would eat it like cake batter YUM!! This 8 week challenge and the YOR Health Products have changed my body and my life so much! I am not bloating after meals anymore, I am more regular than I ever have been as I suffered from being very up and down in that department, I have more energy and am finding I am more focused at work, I am not getting that sore feeling from gym 1-2 days after a hard workout, I am getting better sleep, even if Im only getting 6 hours I'm still alert for the whole day! I just feel so much better!! I am going to continue with these products and cant wait to see my next 8 week challenge cycle results!!
