I did this challenge with my finance' Elise to push us to that next level. We both we're already training 6 days a week but this challenge helped us to be accountable to something and eat cleaner during the process. When I started this challenge I weighed in at around 90 kilos. Going back to when I was 17 (11 years ago) when I was at my heaviest I weighed around the 100 kilo mark... I have always struggled with my weight and felt like once I stop training and eatting anything I would put weight back on so easily. I have never been able to build muscle especially have abs! During the challenge I ate clean during the week but would find I was still eatting whatever on the weekends due to social events etc. but my results are now showing that I can still do this and get the results I want and I thank the YOR Health Products for that. My daily product regimen was: * As soon as I would wake up: 1 scoop SuperGreens, 2 scoops of Fibre and 1 Berry Blast. * With my two main meals (Lunch and Dinner: 1 Digestive Ultra and 3 Vitamins * Post work out: 2 scoops of MRP mixed with my other protein powder. * Before bed and 2 hours after my last meal: 1 Probiotic Ultra and 1 Repair Ultra / 2 Repair Ultra if I workout that day. I would weight train 6-7 days a week, no cardio at all! These products are amazing, I have found that not only has my body improved massively, my muscles are not really getting sore from gym, I am more regular, I am not bloated during the day and after meals, I am sleeping through the night and I am able to lift heavier at gym due to my body functioning at its best! I will continue to take these products and look forward to entering my next cycle in the 8 week best body challenge.
