Inicie el reto con 120 kilos, recuerdo que cuando me preguntaron la meta de inicio pensé en solo 5 kilos pero decidí confiar en la palabra de mi promotor y aventarme a los 10 kg.
Tome la malteada por la mañana por la noche y a media tarde como colación, Digest antes de mi comida fuerte, Probiotics al despertar, Fibra dos tomas al día, SuperGreen dos tomas al día. Realmente hice ejercicio muy poco, solo el pasear al perro.
