hola mi nimbre es carlos alayola mi meso inicial era de 90kg(198 lb)y hoy mi peso actual es de 80kg (176 lb)
los productos con los que empece y sigo haciendo el reto son yor mrp y mis , yor super greens, yor digest ultra, yor probioticos, yor repair, comence a tomarlos dia adia durante el reto la malteada solo lo tomaba por las noches junto con los probioticos, en el dia por la mañana como a las 11 de la mañana tomaba super greens, y an cada alimento mis digest ultra esto cambio mi vida y mi salud ahora me siento bien conmigo mismo.
con que frecuencia hacia ejercisio voy hacer sincero no nice ejercisios hasta en las ultimas dos semanas y he visto cambios impresionantes de haber hecho antes estaria aun mas delgado pero por mi operacion no puedo hacer mucho ejercisio.
