Cuando comencé con el reto de 8 semanas me puse una meta de bajar 8 kilos, que consideré razonable, después de 2 semanas de usar los productos de Yor Healh empecé a ver muy buenos resultados y me dio mas ánimo para alcanzar mi meta, mis favoritos son el Yor MRP que me da la nutrición óptima para desayuno y cena, el Yor Berry Blast me da la energía para completar mi rutina, y no tuve mas dolor muscular gracias al Yor Repair. El ejercicio de este reto lo llevé cómodamente en mi casa usando una caminadora 15 minutos al día y una rutina con unas mancuernas de lunes a viernes, lo mas sorprendente es la energía que mantengo durante el día, al final del reto superé mi meta, bajé 11 Kilos y llegué a un peso que no había tenido desde hace más de 10 años, me siento con más vida, mejor salud, más energía, estoy muy entusiasmado a llegar a definir los músculos de mi cuerpo.
