My goal this challenge was to convert fat to muscle. I had no idea how what the scale should say, so I guessed that going from 183 to 175 would be a good goal. I went from 183 to 179 but did notice a big difference in my body composition.

Mid way through this challenge I got into a relationship and started to go out to eat a lot. This set me back within a week or two, but without the Digest Ultra it would've been way worse! Lesson learned. The last week of the challenge I started drinking an MRP before going out to eat, which took my appetite and filled me up so I would not eat much of the appetizer, not eat all of my main dish, and keep my body filled with MRP instead of grease and fat from whatever I was eating for lunch or dinner.

I stuck with my workout routine which was gym 4-5x per week. Most of the days were muscle isolation routines. I would start my workouts with a mix of yor super greens, yor berry blast, and a bcaa. About half the time I would remember to take an MRP after my workout. I noticed strength gains on every part of my body. One of the things I'm most excited about was being able to bench press my body weight on a flat bench during this challenge.

Every day I took at least 1 MRP and some days 2. Every morning I took 1 repair ultra, 2 complete burn, 1 probiotic ultra on an empty stomach as soon as I woke up.
