Before Yor i used to do wrestling and to drop weight we had to do crazy things like starve, dehydrate, run in plastic bags, just to drop a pound or two. The first 2 weeks that i started taking Yor products i dropped 18lbs so i instantly fell in love.
When the 8 Week Challenge started i weighed at about 153lbs and i wanted to gain 10lbs. So i started taking the whole supplement line and i got fantastic results, i gained the 10lbs 2 weeks into the 8 Week Challenge. My new goal was to lean to 10-12% body fat. So i started leaning a lot with Yor and watching what i ate. I would take the products before & after gym, & before bed.
Unfortunately i hurt my back to the point that it was hard to walk, so i took a break from the gym. Thanks to Yor Repair Ultra it helped me to get back into the gym within 1 week. I could walk fine and exercise back to normal. I was back to exercising 4 days a week.
