Estuve tomando la malteada para reemplazar el desayuno o la cena. Tambièn tomé probiòticos antes de ir a dormir. Debido a que en este perìodo estuve viajando aproximadamente 20 dìas, no pude ser tan constante ni en el ejercicio ni tomándome los productos, como me habrìa gustado, aún así estoy satisfecha con lo que logrè pues sin los productos y con el escazo ejercicio que hice en 8 semanas, no habrìa logrado perder dos kilos. Estoy lista para el siguiente reto de 8 semanas!!!!
Me siento mucho mejor, mi ropa me queda mejor, veo que tomar los productos hace una gran diferencia no sólo para perder peso sino en la salud en general.
