Hey guys my name is Quoc. I'm a person that is so passionate about health and fitness. Before I started the 8 week challenge I lacked in striving to be the best I can be, I was comfortable in where I was at physically, I was satisfied with my health goals and my image. So my mindset was, "all good don't need to push hard at gym or set new goals". Now once you get into this mindset of being comfortable and not pushing to the next level you start to go backwards.
Tony Robbin's says it best, if your not growing your dying, there no in between. Even if you a static "comfortable" the world is going to move forward without you.
Because I was comfortable in where my health and physical body was at I didn't set high goals, and slowly I started to lose the body I was looking for.
Even though I maintain the same workout ethic I was motivated to really get there, was just doing it just to do it. I was losing motivation to workout and this was emotionally devastating to me because I am a Personal trainer, what right do I have to tell people to be motivated to exercise if I didn't have the motivation to do it at a world class standard myself.
Then I saw the opportunity that YOR Health provided with the 8 week challenge. I knew that if I entered and competed with others people in the world that it will drive me to set higher goals and drive my motivation through the roof.
Where I am today is that I'm very grateful for yor health giving people the opportunity to better there health and to continually strive to set higher goals. The 8 week challenge for me, gave me a new beginning and created a different mindset. I now have a victor mindset, and don't make an excuse when it comes to exercise cause I know I'm competing in the 8 week challenge.
Tony Robbin's also has a principle of CANI, which stands for Continuous and Never-ending Improvement. The 8 weekly has emphasized to me that if your not getting better every week and if your not continually striving to achieve higher goals then you will fall back into the victim mindset of making excuses and being "comfortable" of where you are at.
Ive learn so much about nutrition from Yor Health in a 45min presentation then I did in 3.5yrs of Personal training. I now understand the importance of digestive health, enzymes and acid alkaline balance. The products have help me so much with digestion, I wake up everyday with energy.
