Este ciclo quedé muy satisfecho con mi resultado ya que me sometí a un ritmo más fuerte de entrenamiento y cuidé mucho los alimentos que consumía, evitando la chatarra y los carbohidratos sobre todo ya que son esos los que no absorbo. A pesar de que bajé 3 kg más de grasa, noté que pude tonificar un poco más.
En ayunas tomaba mis dos repairs con un probiótico y antes de entrenar un MRP con una medida de MUSCLE ENERGY y después de entrenar otro MRP además de desayunar un sandwich de pechuga de pollo con verduras y queso panela. En la comida consumía mis dos VITAMINAS y una DIGEST ULTRA. Por la noche procuraba cenar algo ligero, fuera fruta o yogurt natural.
Siempre he sido fan del buen deporte y la buena alimentación, pero nunca había tenido un resultado tan notorio como este y quiero ayudar a todas las personas que buscan un mejor físico o una mejor salud. Este reto es la onda. Por eso les pido su ayuda con su voto muchachos :)
