Hoy termino mi reto con el mismo peso que lo inicié, pero con un cambio significativo en medidas y porcentaje de grasa. He bajado 1 talla y reduje en 3% mi grasa corporal. La ropa luce distinta y me siento mejor por haber logrado cosas en el gim que nunca me hubiera imaginado.
Yo utilizo toda la linea de productos de Yor. Por la mañana me tomo 2 cápsulas de complete burn y dos vitaminas, luego YOR MRP como desayuno, Supergreens con Berry Blast a media mañana, enzimas digestivas y vitaminas con la comida y nuevamente MRP por la noche como cena y antes de acostarme me tomo 2 capsulas de probioticos y 2 de repair.
Durante este reto me ejercité 1 hr y 15 min, cinco veces a la semana. Primero una clase de freemotion y luego 30 min de intervalos en la caminadora. El freemotion me ha dado más tono y fuerza en mis músculos y los intervalos me ayudan a tener más resistencia física y la verdad me siento genial.
