I started this challenge with an extreme open mind, not knowing what was really achievable in such a short duration. Weighing in at a heavy 96kg at the beginning of the challenge, and in all honesty not at the peak of my aesthetic ability sitting at around 14 - 17% body fat, but still keeping myself reasonably active on a daily basis, but possibly becoming complacent with my training and nutrition.
This opportunity / challenge was presented to me by a friend / work colleague who wanted someone to motivate him throughout his 8 weeks, so with nothing to loose but everything to gain I singed up and got straight into it!
The first 14 days flew by and the KGs fell off - 12 in total - which to my amazement was a tremendous amount, with no real muscle loss or any decrease in performance (strength / endurance). With such amazing results in 14 days I reevaluated my goals and thought that I could achieve much more than what was first thought. During this time and to this day I feel amazing, energy levels were through the roof, I was sleeping much better and in turn my recovery rate was surprisingly much more efficient. I decided with roughly two weeks remaining to dial in my nutrition and pick up my training intensity (although only averaging 45mins per day - with one allocated rest day per week) and accompanied by my sculpt challenge set by yor health the results were amazing, the daily compliments and comments by friends, family and work colleagues was somewhat of a shock to me, I was even suggested to compete in a fitness model competition, something which I have never even contemplated.

This challenge has totally changed my viewpoint on health, fitness and life in general. I feel amazing, much more positive outlook on life and now have a new found drive and determination towards my goals. Thanks YOR HEALTH ?? Lets lock and load for the next 8 weeks and beyond
