Este es mi tercer ciclo del Reto de 8 Semanas, mi sobrepeso, me estaba impidiendo disfrutar de mi vida y sentirme bien conmigo, constantemente padecía dolor de piernas y espalda, pues tengo 2 vértebras herniadas. Ahora me siento mucho más ligero, con más energía y sobre todo más Feliz.
Mi metabolismo se estaba haciendo cada vez más lento, inicié con el MRP por la mañana, junto con una cápsula de Complete Burn, a medio día, con la comida principal me tomaba mi Digest y por la noche otro MRP.
