Este ciclo, en especial me siento muchisimo mas contenta y creo que a muchos nos pasa porque cada vez que empiezas a verte y sentirte mejor es mas motivante y esto solo pasa con YOR.
Yo pesaba 59kg y mi meta era subir a 60kg lo cual lo logre, esto en masa muscular, siento cambios en mi cuerpo,mas tonificado lo cual nunca pensé podría lograrlo.
Me tome los productos tal como me lo dice y me lo recuerda mi Bendita App usando el paquete fitness, soy fan de esta app confieso.
Fui un mes seguido al gym y después yo hacia mis rutinas en casa complementado con salir a correr y patinar (cardio).
