Mi peso al empezar era de 68 kg. mi reto consistió en el poder bajar 6 kg. y reducir una talla de 34 a 32, tomando la en la mañana 1 cápsula de probioticos, y 2 cápsulas de repair 20 minutos antes de la malteada Yor MRP con 1/2 taza de amaranto y fruta:
De colación un plato de fruta picada 1medida de Súper Greens con jugo o agua.
En la comida sopa de verduras o verduras como guarnición, un bistec o pechuga de pollo, un lata de atún , 2 claras de huevo , etc. con dos tortillas o una torta sin migajón.
En la colación (6:00 p.m.), 1 manzana, 2 mandarinas, o. 2 granadas chinas, o 3 guayabas , etc.
A las 8 p.m. Antes del ejercicio 1 cápsula de quemador después 1 vaso de agua con 2 de Yor MRP
En la cena 1 pieza de. Jeringo salado o dulce, 10 galletas Marías o 2 piezas de pan tostado y una taza de te.
Como resultado se agradece reducción en talla y mejor rendimiento durante las rutinas de gimnasio.
Así mismo disminuyo el cansancio y mejoro mi carácter.
Mi dismínucion solo fue de un kilogramo, y en futuros retos se tendrá mayor logro
