Hola! Me siento increíblemente FELIZ por poder completar mi quinto ciclo del reto y sentirme cada vez mejor conmigo misma. En este reto la disciplina la lleve a otro nivel en el ejercicio y el APP del Reto fue lo mejor ya que me recordaba a que hora tenia que tomarme todos mis productos. Una gran herramienta para generar mejores hábitos con los productos de la mano.

En este reto mi meta era bajar 2 KG de grasa y lo logre!!!! pero aumente 1 kilo y medio en musculo. Por lo tanto me mantuve en el mismo peso. En cuestión de digestión ha mejorado muchísimo y mi energía a aumentado. Y en este RETO aunque el cambio no se aprecia tan drástico, me siento mas compactada, perdí mucho en medidas y mi musculo empieza a tonificarse. Esto de estar en el RETO me encanta ya que me ayuda a seguir creando mi mejor de mi misma.
