He finalizado 2 ciclos completos con un gran entusiasmo y satisfacción de que puedo demostrarme a mi mismo que puedo lograr grandes cosas si me las propongo. El Reto me ayudó a obtener disciplina, muchos cambios positivos en mi vida, ¡ha creado una diferencia y hábitos en mi vida!.
Durante mi Reto usé todos los productos de YOR Health. Iniciaba las mañanas con un Probiotico, Repair y Muscle Energy antes de ejercitarme, durante el ejercicio tomaba un sobre de Berry Blast, regresando de mi actividad me preparaba un MRP mezclado con la Fiber plus. En las colaciones me tomaba el SuperGreens con jugo de naranja y durante la comida el Digest Ultra. Para finalizar tomaba en las noches un batido de MRP con fibra.
