I started this challenge weighing 169 pounds. At 5'9", and 28% body fat...I needed a change. I spent the last 9 months sick, which caused me to gain about 30 pounds. I am ready to take control of my body and get fit again. I go to the gym about 3 days a week and play volleyball 3 nights per week. I run as often as I can for extra boost. My daily regimine consisted of a MRP and Fiber for breakfast. Taking a probiotic, 2 multivitamins, and drinking lots of water. I use digestive enzymes with every lunch and dinner, and eat 2-4 small snacks a day. A post workout supergreen shake to replenish my body helped me sustain energy. YOR Health's products have helped me lost 5 pounds. Which isn't where I feel like I am a winner. I dropped my body fat to 23% and lost 5 inches off my waist. I can see in my pictures that I have gained muscle. Knowing that, I know that only losing 5 pounds isn't a bad thing because I have gained muscle and more confidence in myself. I know what I am capable of and I am looking forward to the next 8 week challenge.
