I was always super fit growing up, always staying active, never having to worry about watching what I ate. It continued this way all the way up to college. I made the collegiate cheerleading squad, so I continued my usual work out routine, but my eating and (mostly) drinking habits got out of control. I was on a tight broke college student budget, so it was fast food all day everyday for 2 years. I learned about the freshmen fifteen the hard way... But it was more of a freshmen 30. After my sophomore year of college, continuing to cheer at the collegiate level was out of the question because of my lack of dedication to the sport (aka I was now overweight and couldn't run a mile to save my life). I continued eating horribly and chugging beers like all college students do.... Only this time I wasn't working out anymore.... So along came the beer and burger belly.
It continued this way all the way until 8 weeks ago when a friend of mine introduced me to Yor Health.
In the past of course I tried the crash dieting, the plain jane salads, and the "trying" to go to they gym a couple times a week.... Ok ok a couple times a month.... Ok technically it was once every month when I woke up not feeling sluggish. So when she was telling me all about Yor Health, I knew I wouldn't take it serisously. I ordered the vanilla MRP and the complete burn. She told me how to take the products and said that I should go from eating one big meal a day to eating about 5 small times a day. I laughed! There was no way I could eat that many times, I thought for sure that would make me gain weight. My daily routine was eat junk food snacks (chocolate bars and chips) during the day until dinner time when I would eat a big big meal like I hadn't eaten for days. This challenge seemed impossible to me.
For the first 2 weeks of the challenge, the products literally just stayed in my pantry untouched. Then one morning I decided to make a MRP shake for breakfast and it was soooo yummy! It tasted like a vanilla milkshake and surprisingly I was super full after that. I took a complete burn after that and I felt like I should continue the morning with a jog. I went to the park and although my jog was more of a walk (realized how out of shape I was), I left the park feeling super accomplished and energized. I decided I should have a salad for lunch to keep this amazing feeling going. I snacked on some watermelon between that and dinner. And for dinner I made some salmon and rice. I felt full so I watched some tv and went to bed. I woke up before my alarm (it's a miracle!!) and I felt incredible! I was actually excited to get the day started. My stomach didn't feel bloated (that's a first!) and I felt light. Maybe it was all in my head but I really did feel great.
I continued this routine for 3 days, then I gave in and went back to my regular horrible giant dinner days for about the next 4 days. I felt like a big ball of mush. I felt heavy and sluggish and bloated and I craved that feeling of being light again. So it was back to my Yor Health routine. Feeling amazing!
So after a lot of trial and error (because I just could not give up my huge dinner, darn you chicken wings!) I finally was able to stick with a yummy daily routine that kept me super full and energized and feeling amazing all day everyday. Here it is:
Wake up and have a small spinach omelet/fruit parfait/oatmeal for breakfast with a YOR Digest Ultra Pill (this is my all time fav product!! It helps break down my food soooo fast and keeps my feeling super light. I usually feel bloated and constipated (sorry for the over share just want to be honest) but with these it have regular bowel movements after my meals, it's awesome!
Next I jog at the park.
Then it's salad time. I'm not talking about plain jane iceberg salad. I've learned about all these yummy festive ones that are suuuuper cheap and easy to make.
During my traffic jam time to work is when I drink my vanilla MRP and take a complete burn pill. This way I don't get tempted to drink that diet soda and have a candy bar or chips out of sheer boredom. Instead I feel energized and sing my way work (I'm pretty tone deaf but so I keep my windows up).
I only work for 4 hours, so depending on my hunger level I'll have a another vanilla MRP and have a snack of fruit or nuts. Never ever feeling hungry.
Now I get to go home. I take a complete burn on the way home so I never get that sluggish feeling. Now time to make a quick dinner (quick because I'm not a very good cook. I'm talking cereal and microwaveable level of cooking.) Dinner is always fun I change it up between chicken, salmon, tuna, tilapia, shrimp, rice, salads, just all kinds of yumminess that are super cheap and easy to make. I take a digest ultra, and it's tv time until bed feeling satisfied, light, and amazing.
Now, everyday isn't like this, I have my days that I slip and go back to the bad ways, but everytime I do that I definitely feel the difference and it isn't a good feeling, so eventually those days became fewer and fewer until they eventually stopped happening altogether (without me even noticing!)
I've lost a total of 8lbs, but this is just the beginning! It may have taken me a while, but now that I'm on track with my Yor Health products, I know that my dream body is on it's way! I already dropped 1 pant size and 2 dress sizes! I noticed the change in my tummy most of all. It doesn't overlap over my pants and shorts anymore, and I can actually wear cute fitted tops now! I never had the confidence to do that before (I was a fan of flows non body flattering tops). These are little milestones, but for someone who has absolutely no discipline when it's comes to health and fitness, this is a HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT! I feel incredible! I always have so much energy and am super proud of how myself! I honestly can't wait for my next best body cycle; setting new higher goals and I know I'm gonna accomplish them all! My heart skips a beat when people ask (it's going to happen a lot, be prepared) "you look great, what are you doing??!" Because now I can proudly and fabulously say it was all thanks to YOR Health. Yay!
