Hola! Mi nombre es María González, tengo 30 años de edad, cuando empecé el reto tenía 151 lbs/ 68.49 kg y gracias al reto tengo 142 lbs/ 64.41 kg. Para lograrlo usé Yor Probiotics Ultra una pastillas en ayuna todos los días en la mañana, Yor MRP para el desayuno y la cena, Yor Super Green para la merienda de la mañana, Yor Digest Ultra y Essecial Vitamin después de comida, Complete Burn dos horas antes de hacer ejecicios, Berry Blast durante el ejecicio, Yor Repair Ultra antes de dormir. Empecé haciendo 25 minutos de cardio, luego 40 minutos, luego una hora y las dos últimas semanas de reto 15 minutos de cardio y 45 minutos de pesas ( de lunes a viernes).
