Ha sido fantastico la experiencia de estar en el reto de 8 semanas yor Best Body, al iniciar el reto me encontraba en el peor estado fisico que he tenido en mi vida 94.800 kg, pero gracias a YOR, he logrado bajar 9 kilos en tan solo 8 semanas!!!Hoy peso 85 kg. Eso me llena de felicidad ya que no lo habia logrado ni con dietas ni ejercicio,lo unico que hice fue tomar 1 capsula de Probioticos al despertar, desayunaba una deliciosa malteada MRP con superGreen, a medio dia conmi almuerzo tomaba una capsula de DIGEST y al cenar tomaba otra DIGEST y mi FIBER PLUS antes de dormir, combinado con una rutina minima de ejercicio la cual pienso aumentar para tener mejores resultados.
