After an 18 month struggle of getting into a consistent exercise routine, committing to the 8 week challenge helped me get that momentum.

Although my first 2-3 weeks were very slow, I really picked it up and got focussed in the second half of the challenge.

I use the whole product range daily, without fail. I swear by the YOR Health products and will never miss a day.

The only products I'm not using daily is the Berry Blast (as I have high energy levels naturally). Other than that I'm using everything daily.

In the second half of the challenge I made a commitment to go to the gym every single day, with the exception of 2 rest days I took due to being completely sore. So these days I took off and stretched to promote recovery.

Overall, I'm not satisfied with where my physique is at currently, however I am satisfied with the consistency of effort I've been able to apply throughout the challenge.

What the challenge really gave me was a solid foundation on which I can build now to get towards my ideal physique.

I will definitely be entering into Round 2 !
