When it comes to living my life by my name I come to realize that if we all want we can all be Victors. I can say I love to push my self to the next level when it comes to fitness but never when it came to health. I have been a competitive swimmer in high school then played a little bit of water polo in college but never had I pushed myself to the next level on my own without a trainer. This last year I had let myself go a little bit where people started pointing out how my belly was starting to bulge; especially since I like to wear fitted clothing. I was wearing clothe for a fit body and my body now was not fit. At that moment I realized that I could not allow myself to keep going the unfit and unhealthy way. I decided to take on the challenge to prove to myself that even though I had gone through some real life challenges overcoming immigration issues and growing up with a single mother whom I helped raise my sister, that I could also overcome a fitness challenge and become once again a Victor.
I started the challenge at 183lbs with about 18% body fat and hardly any condition. The first 4 weeks I focused on cleaning out my digestive tract using the YorSupergreens and YorDigestive Ultra but I also knew I needed to workout hard so I ordered the YorMuscle Energy. I took 2 supergreens a day; one in the morning upon rising and one usually after the gym to clear out any other toxins created by exercise. The Digestive Ultra is an amazing product when it comes to breaking down meals. I felt really light and not bloated after any meal and the best part has been not being sleepy right after. And what it did to my digestion; lets just say I started to call the bathroom my gym since I was losing weight in there too. During the workout I started implementing the YorMuscle Energy and noticed that I could really really last longer pushing and pulling weights. My body would not fatigue as much and what I noticed the most was that I would not wake up as sore the next day. At this point I was exercising 3-5 times a week for about 1 hour and half a day per session.
In the next 4 weeks of the 8 week challenge I felt ready for the YOR MRP. To be honest I was really excited to be able to take the MRP now that I felt my body was cleaner from within and was ready to absorb the good good stuff. I also kept the supergreens as part of my product intake. I was cutting away my carbohydrate intake and adding even more protein and soluble fats. Anything from egg whites mixed in with mushrooms and kale and spinach salads and lentils and avocados; well you get my point. If it wasn't for product I would not be able to keep up the good work in eating healthier. It really came to handy to have an MRP in the morning upon rising right before I would go to the gym and one MRP at night after a long day of work. During the day as a energy booster and digestive booster as well I would take the Supergreens with ice cold water.
My body was taking in the good nutrition and changing fast. My endurance was increasing and working out became more and more fun since being sore wasn't much of a problem.
To be honest the real challenge had been the time squeeze of finishing or being able to compete for the Best Body challenge since I had been finally able to work legally in this country thanks to finally receiving my work permit after 25 years of applying. I was moving in to my new job and the funds were not stable so I wasn't ready to commit even though I had qualified for free products through the free with 3 program YorHealth offers. Thank God everything sorted out and I was just able to have have enough time to change my health and my fitness to be able to submit a decent after picture. It isn't where I want to be but so far it is a great improvement from where I was. And where I'm going will be even greater and with God and this amazing great company and it's great product line I know I will be in the best shape of my life and live up to my name once again and become a Victor!!
I feel amazing and stronger. I have definitely felt an increase in my self esteem. I feel a bit redeemed in life even though it is a small accomplishment. Now my body is getting prepared for whatever my mind is set out to do. My heart is always willing. They say where there is a will there's a way.
