I weighed at 175 pounds before my 8 week challenge, and now I weigh 152 pounds. To get to my final weight, I used the MRP, supergreens, fiber plus, complete burn, probiotic, repair ultra, digestive ultra, and the vitamins. I take each product regularly on a daily basis. For example, I get up and take one probiotic and two repair ultras. I then wait an hour and make my breakfast, which consists of two scoops of MRP, one pack of fiber plus, and one pack of supergreens. I mix and shake for about 15 to 30 seconds before drinking it. After I drink it I take one complete burn, and by then I’m already starting my morning. At lunch I make and drink the same shake I did for breakfast, along with a healthy meal of salad and a different variety of raw fruits such as apples, bananas, oranges, cantaloupe, watermelon, honey dew, and cucumbers. Of course depending on what I have in my fridge that week. I exercise 5 days a week by riding my bicycle to work, which takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to get there, and the same amount of time to get back. I then double my work out at work because I work in a warehouse, so I sweat more by the heat and by pushing big rolls of corrugated papers.
This challenge has made a huge impact on my life and has made me push myself to be healthier, more active, more energetic, stronger, and most of all more alive. I haven’t felt this good since my athletic years in high school 8 years ago. When all my friends and family saw me again after my 8 week challenge, they saw the dramatic change in me and they see a young, slim, and active guy that they remember from high school.
