Super contento por haber completado mi cuarto ciclo del Reto, ya que definitivamante a medida que voy avanzando, me siento mucho mejor conmigo mismo por lo que voy alcanzando.

Consumo toda la linea de productos y busco comer de manera blanceada, de hecho este reto cuide mucho mas mi alimentacion y los horarios en que debo tomarme los productos.

Para miel reto es una manera de mantenerme enfocado y motivado para seguir buscando obtener un mejor cuerpo.
