Hola a todos!! Pues la verdad estoy super contento con mis resultados, a lo largo de mi vida e tenido problemas con mi peso, comenze este reto con 171 lbs. y ahora estoy en 160 lbs. aunque mi meta es llegar a 150 lbs.
Los productos que consumo son:

Digest Ultra
Vitaminas
Solo sustituyo mi desayuno por el MRP, utilizo el Digest Ultra en cada tiempo de comida y consumo 4 capsulas de Vitaminas diarias.
No tengo una rutina de ejercicio definida, por lo regular hago algo de cardio 2 o 3 veces por semana, pero definitivamente teniendo una rutina semanal de ejercicio mis resultados serán mejores.
