Cycle 1 of this challenge was in fact a challenge for me. I didn't push myself as much as I planned to, and it shows in my after pictures. Towards the end of the 8 weeks, I stopped working out as much and started eating more junk again. I still drank Supergreens pretty often, as well as taking Digest Ultra and Probiotics Ultra. My after weight is a little more than my before weight, but that's a normal fluctuation range for me. This challenge has helped me realize that if I stick to my goal, I will be able to see results, but I also have to keep pushing to make a real difference. I'm still proud of myself but I know I can absolutely do better. I'm not going to let myself slip halfway though the way I did this time, and I'm ready for Cycle 2. :)
