Unfortunately I didn't reach my goal weight because I wasn't disciplined enough to see the full program through. Having said that, I'm very excited because I still went from 101.8kg to 95.3kg! For most of the challenge I would wake up at 5:30am and start the day with the greens and berry blast mixed with the MRP. For lunch I would have protein such as chicken or tuna and some fruit. I'd have a balanced, home cooked dinner each night. Every main meal would be followed by the vitamins and digest ultra. And before bed I would always have the fibre and probiotics. I'm excited to give the challenge another go since I saw saw good results after not even trying that hard. Who knows how much weight I'll lose if I stick to the plan! It was easy!
