Hola Familia Yor, quiero compartir la alegria que siento de estar cumpliendo mi meta.Comencé el reto pesando 65 kg y hoy orgullosamente estoy en 60 kg . Para mi esto representa un gran logro . Gracias a la constancia y disciplina. Al comenzar el reto mi rutina cambio en cuanto a alimentación y hábitos . Me desayunaba mi MRP con fibra ademas de que sabe delicioso me hacia sentir satisfecha . A media mañana mi super green en agua de limon. Hacia mi comida saludable y cena ligera o en mucho calor se me antojaba mas otra vez mi MRP con hielo frappe . Me he sentido tan bien que empece a llevar a mi hija al colegio caminando y de regreso me quedaba media hora caminando en el parque, conforme pasaba el tiempo me pedia mas y comenze a caminar una hora diaria. Me encanta que ahora en las fotos salga mi cara mas afilada y mi ropa me queda mas agusto. Ademas que tengo mas energia , definitivamente voy por mas... Quien dice que no se puede estar mejor ????
