Hello! My name is Chris and I joined the 8 Week Challenge to improve my general fitness, get healthier but most of all, get my body to a level where I'm confident and feel happy about it.
The amazing prizes were a great incentive, but the challenge was definitely more about knowing I can achieve results without having to overexercise or cut into a strict diet (that let's be honest, is extremely hard to do). I never exercised much, going to the gym 2-3 times a week on average, sometimes only once. However, the big killer to me was eating junk food and foods that really don't benefit my health at all, and with these products, it helped to filter the bad food out and absorb the proper nutrients that I needed.
I never used supplements before or did much exercise so this challenge really gave me the motivation that I needed. I loved that I didn't need to change my diet or increase my workout routine times, I just needed to use the products while I did my normal workout.
I had a YOR Vanilla/Chocolate MRP shake once or twice a day, Berry Blast and Supergreens every morning, Fiber every 2 days, YOR Digest Ultra tablets with every meal to properly break down food and never having to feel bloated or in a 'food coma' for the entire duration, YOR Probiotics every two days and YOR Muscle repair every so often depending on if I had an extensive gym workout. My favourite product by far is the Berry Blast! Followed closely by YOR Shake!
Throughout the challenge, the best part was being surrounded by positive people who keep you motivated through it. Although I slacked off a couple of weeks and not managing my time properly, I still achieved results that I can be happy with, and motivate me to future maintain a healthy lifestyle with exercise.
This challenge has helped me build my confidence up about my body and ultimately stronger as a person, and I can't thank YORHealth enough for presenting this challenge and the amazing products that make it so much easier to achieve! I've gone from always being conscious about my body, to being able to post a picture topless. One of my goals was to gain 2kg from 64kg to 66kg with muscle and I achieved that goal as well.
I feel healthier, more positive and could not be happier. I encourage others to do the same, because what's better than getting fitter, healthier and happier with your closest friends?
