Hey everyone! My name is Natalie, I did not believe I was overweight or that I was having health problems due to my weight and I was always comfortable the way I was and the way I looked, but, thanks to my husband, who introduced me to YOR HEALTH, I realized we must always aim to improve ourselves!
Before starting the challenge I was almost at 200 lbs, I decided that was enough and started my path to a healthier lifestyle, I was exercising and preparing myself to start the challenge. I started the challenge with 192 lbs and now weigh 176 lbs, losing a total of 16 lbs during the challenge!!! Although I did not reach my goal weight, I lost so many inches and feel so much healthier overall.
I start my days with a probiotic, the YOR shake with fiber and soy milk, then I have a mid-morning snack along with a berry blast to keep me going through the day. Before eating lunch I take Digest Ultra and some days I substitute a light dinner with the YOR shake.
I have a condition called patellofemoral pain syndrome, awful pains in my knees and legs, ever since I was 9 years old. Because of this (and also not following my doctor's advice) I wasn't able to do much exercise or play a lot of sports, but taking Repair Ultra every morning, along with losing weight and slowly starting to exercise, I feel less pain everyday and now I am able to do 20 squats without stopping, when I wasn't capable of doing ONE a few months ago! Due to my knee condition, I was doing simple 1 hour calisthenic routines (pushups, sit ups, planks, etc.) 4-5 times a week and slowly increased the intensity or number of exercises I would do and I would also practice with my hula hoop for 20-30 minutes on the weekends.
Thanks to the challenge I realized I am capable of doing anything I set my mind to. I am so proud of myself and I am amazed with the results I got. I found strength in me I didn't know I had, and have inspired people around me to start living a healthier life. I couldn't have done this without the help of YOR health and my husband's support.
