Inicie mi reto con un peso de 65.5 kg! y lo termine con 63, reduje casi 2 kg de grasa, se empezaron a marcar un poco mas los brazos, la espalda, y sobre todo el abdomen, continuo con mi meta de subir de masa muscular!
