Hi there, doing this 8 weeks challenge has put me in a state of mind to take care of my health and maintain my gains. I have continue to be active and make sure my body is in the best physical shape. To me challenging myself is a must, and the reason why i workout is because i want to make sure my lifestyle consists of physical activities so i can feel good about myself. This particular 8 weeks challenge made me even more aware of what I do everyday. I go to the gym about 1 hour a day, 5 days a week. I enjoy going to the gym because it allows me to have a ease of mind and also a activity of healthy exercise for my physical body. I see my personal health as a priority, and yorhealth has been a tremendous contribution to my transformation. For the products I would take:
