El reto de yorbestbody me ayudo mucho y no nomas en tonificar y bajar de peso sino en adquirir buenos hábitos alimenticios el comer comida chatarra siempre a sido un problema en mi vida, con yor eh dejado atrás eso y eh comenzado a cuidarme, gracias a yor me veo y me siento mejor empiezo mis mañanas 6am: con 5 huevos(2 con yema,)una taza de arroz blanco,una manzana y mi deliciosa malteada YOR MRP, a media mañana 10am: 2 atunes en agua y una fruta a elegir, en la tarde 1:30pm: 300 gr de pechuga de pollo, ensalada y arroz con 2 porciones de yor super greens, a media tarde antes de entrenar 4pm: una taza de arroz blanco y un sándwich de pavo con una porción de mi YOR MUSCLE ENERGY en la noche antes de dormir 9pm: 2 atunes y mi porción de proteína yor MRP, el reto se me a convertido en una adicción para sentirme y verme mejor el reto también me ayudo a darme cuenta que la constancia de los entrenamientos y en la cocina se puede aplicar en todos los hábitos de tu vida para ir creciendo como persona, a luchar por lo que quieres gracias yorhealth!!
