Hola familia Yoreana!! aquí estamos teminando un reto más, y la verdad muy contento y agradecido, ya que a pesar de no baje muchos kilos, y no logré mi meta, bajé 4 kgs a pesar de que en esta ocasión no pude hacer ejercicio diario y que mi alimentación no ha sido la adeuado debido a que por cuestiones laborales vivo en otra ciudad sin mi familia. Aún así, reduje casi una talla y perdí grasa en los oblicuos (las famosas lonjas) una zona en la que batallo mucho para quemar.
