Hola, mi nombre es Istvan y soy de la Ciudad de México. El reto ha cambiado mi vida y para bien. Desde hace 4 semanas que empecé esta aventura, he visto como la piel ha cambiado, el abdomen se ha aplanado, estoy menos desinflamado y tengo más energía durante todo el día.
