Hola a todos ,estoy muy contento ya que este es mi quinto reto, cumpli mi meta wow....... me siento muy bien con menos peso. El regimen que llevo es Yor shake con fibra en la mañana temprano , a las diez super greens ahora como hace calor lo tomo helado y lo prefiero en agua natual ,al medio dia la comida acompañada de la digest ultra,en la tarde una fruta ,despues de mi trabajo y del curso de ingles sigue la rutina de ejercicio , media hora despues de terminar el ejercicio nuevamente Yor shake con fibra,y anters de dormir el repair y probioticos.
El Yor shake en ocaciones lo acompaño con alguna fruta el de chocolate le agrego un platano y cuando tomo el de vainilla fresa,mango ,melon o papaya .
Tomo mucha agua y deje los refrescos gaseosos .
Ese es mi regimen y como ya lo mecione me siento muy bien.
Por esta ocacion no estare en el evento de Miami , me lo perdere yo se que estara extraordinario,pero sigo compartiendo felicidad .
