I, Mary Stallworth, have completed my 1st YOR Health 8 Week Challenge!!! When I started my challenge I weighed in at 158lbs and I am now down to 152lbs, 6lbs in 8 weeks along with building muscle is great. Depending on if I worked out in the morning or evening determined my regimen. If I hit the gym in the morning I took a CompleteBurn and then made a Berry Blast later on in the day. If I went to the gym in the afternoon, I would take a CompleteBurn about an hour before my workout....talk about sweating!!! Everyday I took YORDigest with 2 meals, SuperGreens mixed with YORFiber with my morning snack, Probiotics when I woke up and a Repair when I went to bed which had seriously helped my regular soreness. When I started the challenge I was working out 3 days a week while trying to get my schedule in order to fit in more time. As a single full time working mom of two, time is of the essence. Once I learned a little more about some exercises I can do at home I increased to 4-5 days a week and in 2 weeks I was seeing the progress physically. This challenge has impacted my life in different aspects. It has increased my education and awareness to healthy living and better choices. It has motivated me to stick to the mottos "It'll work if you work it" and "Today's work is tomorrows results". It has also given me the drive to do the challenge again and motivate others to make a change. Knowing I was a part of the YOR Health 8 Week Challenge gave me enough self motivation to do it without an accountibility partner, it gave me self motivation. Thanks to YOR Health I have started a journey that is becoming a lifestyle. Thank you YOR Health!!!
