I'm a very busy lawyer with my own company and other business ventures which means I work long days in a high pressure, high stress environment and don't always eat well. This had taken an effect on my body and energy levels before finding Yor Health. I had reflux, insomnia and fatigue. The only aspect of my life that has changed the past 8 weeks has been taking the Sculpt package - and my fatigue is gone. I can sleep most nights and can focus on my work so much more that the length of my work days is coming back down to around 12hrs.
I didn't do this challenge to lose weight but it was a lovely byproduct of being healthy again. I feel amazing and many others have noticed I have my energy back.
