When I signed up for the 8 week challenge I set my self a goal, I wanted to get fit, healthy, lose 3kg and to be able to run 10km without stopping. A big thing for me who couldn't run 500m without stopping 8 weeks ago!
Since then taking all the Yor Health Supplements and exercising on a daily basis I have not only achieved my goals but exceeded them well beyond what I thought was possible for me! As a busy single mother with four young kids I have more energy and I am healthier now than I have EVER been. Even before becoming a mother. I have dropped 5kg and I can run 10km with ambitions now to run a half marathon.
