Me llamo Jose Juan Zepeda, tengo 60 años y me di cuenta que había aumentado mucho de peso en los últimos años y decidí hacer algo al respecto, sobre todo para sentirme mejor.
Durante el reto baje 7.1 kilos y baje 3.5% de grasa corporal y estoy muy contento con los resultados, tengo 9 cms menos en mi abdomen, lo cual es fenomenal. Se me nota y la gente me lo dice.
Tomaba la yor shake en las mañanas y en las tardes, el ultra digest a la hora de la comida y los probioticos en la noche, tomaba el berry blast antes de jugar raquetbol 3 veces a la semana. Los probioticos tienen un indudable beneficio. Me apoye con una dieta mas saludable y tomando mas agua.
Al término de estas 8 semanas del reto yor me es grato expresar mi completa satisfacción y aprobación por los avances que experimente en mi cuerpo en cuanto a reducción de peso y porcentaje de grasa.
En resumen ha sido una experiencia agradable y satisfactoria lo cual me mantiene entusiasmado y en espera de comenzar una nueva etapa en la esperanza de alcanzar mejores estándares de salud en base a fomentar hábitos dietéticos sanos.
